4. USER ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

4.1. You may be required to register an account to access certain features.

4.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account, in accordance with Rule 8 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

7. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS AND DISCLAIMERS

7.1. The Services utilize Artificial Intelligence and automated systems which may generate content, recommendations, or other outputs.

7.2. Disclaimer: While the Company endeavors to deliver accurate and useful information, all AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7.3. Users are advised to exercise their own discretion and verify information independently before relying on such outputs. The Company expressly disclaims liability for any consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content, to the fullest extent permitted under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

14.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

14.2. Subject to Clause 15 below, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.

15. ARBITRATION

15.1. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15.2. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within 30 days, the appointment shall be made in accordance with Section 11 of the Act.

15.3. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra.

15.4. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

15.5. The award rendered shall be final and binding on the parties.

16. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

16.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

16.2. Any changes will be posted on the Website. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance.

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge complaints within 72 hours and resolve them within 15 days from receipt.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

18.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement.

18.2. Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

18.3. Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver.

18.4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer rights without the Company’s prior written consent.
