This Sale & Pricing Policy (“Policy”) governs all pricing, promotional offers, and commercial transactions involving digital products and services offered by AIEGS India Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via our website, mobile applications, and affiliated platforms including:
- AIEGS Communications
- AIEGS Family Shield / Parental Guard
- AIEGS Messenger
- AIEGS Photoshield
- Any related or future subsidiaries including merchandise brands like MYLB (Make Your Life Bigger)
This Policy is read in conjunction with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payments & Refunds Policy, and applicable laws of India.
1. PRICING PRINCIPLES
1.1 Currency
All prices listed on our platforms are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
1.2 Inclusive of Taxes
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST) in compliance with the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, unless otherwise stated.
1.3 Dynamic Pricing
We reserve the right to modify prices for any product or service at any time due to changes in market conditions, competition, operational costs, regulatory reasons, or as part of marketing strategies.
2. SALE PRICING & PROMOTIONS
2.1 Limited Time Offers
Discounts or sale pricing may be introduced for a limited duration during festivals, launches, campaigns, or under promotional strategies.
2.2 Eligibility
Promotional pricing is applicable only for eligible users who comply with the offer terms. Specific eligibility (e.g., new users, first-time purchases, age group) may be defined in the campaign.
2.3 No Retroactive Discounts
Prices applicable at the time of purchase shall be final. Users are not entitled to a refund of the price difference if the product or service goes on sale afterward.
2.4 Coupon & Promo Codes
Promo codes:
- Must be used in accordance with their specific terms.
- Cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or combined unless stated.
- May be revoked or discontinued without notice.
3. PRICING ERRORS
3.1 Right to Correct
We reserve the right to correct any typographical or technical pricing errors on the platform. If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price, we may:
- Cancel the order and notify the user.
- Offer the option to re-purchase at the corrected price.
3.2 Limitation of Liability
Under Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Section 17 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, no claim shall be made against the Company for losses incurred due to pricing errors inadvertently published.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RENEWALS
4.1 Subscription Services
Our applications may be offered on a one-time license or recurring subscription basis. Plans and pricing are detailed within each individual application interface.
4.2 Auto-Renewal
Where applicable, subscriptions will auto-renew at the prevailing rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
4.3 Notice of Change
We reserve the right to revise pricing for renewals with prior notice via email or in-app communication.
5. MERCHANDISE PRICING (E.g., MYLB)
5.1 Physical Product Sales
Where merchandise or physical items are offered (e.g., branded T-shirts, mugs, giveaways), pricing will include:
- Base item cost
- Applicable GST
- Delivery or shipping charges per our Shipping Policy
5.2 Cross-Border Sales
International buyers are responsible for customs, duties, and any foreign taxes in compliance with the Customs Act, 1962 and Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992.
6. GST INVOICING
6.1 We issue GST-compliant invoices with every transaction as per the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
6.2 B2B buyers must provide valid GSTIN during checkout to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC), if eligible.
7. UNAUTHORIZED USE OR MISUSE OF PROMOTIONS
7.1 We may refuse or cancel any transaction that:
- Abuses the spirit of the sale
- Uses invalid or duplicate codes
- Appears to be fraudulent or automated
7.2 We reserve the right to blacklist user accounts involved in such misuse.
8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including:
- Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
9. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in business, pricing, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on our website and are effective upon publication.
