This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipping, delivery, and handling of any tangible goods (“Physical Products”), including merchandise, promotional items, gifts, vouchers, awards, tokens, or other materials (“Ancillary Materials”) that may be offered by AIEGS India Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) or its associated brands, including but not limited to Make Your Life Bigger (MYLB).

9.1 You represent and warrant that any Physical Products shipped internationally will not be exported or re-exported in violation of applicable export control laws, including the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 and other Government of India regulations.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, consistent with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other Applicable Laws. Updated versions will be posted on our Website and become effective prospectively.


11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved per our Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Policy and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
